Century Boats
Our Marque of the Year

The Legacy of Century Boats
For nearly a century, Century Boats has been a symbol of craftsmanship, innovation, and performance in the boating industry. Founded in 1926 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Century quickly gained recognition for producing high-quality wooden boats, setting world records in speedboat racing during the early years. By the mid-20th century, Century became synonymous with luxury and style, particularly with its iconic mahogany runabouts, including the legendary Century Resorter and Coronado models.

Embracing modern advancements, Century transitioned to fiberglass construction in the 1960s while operating out of its long-time manufacturing facility in Manistee, Michigan. During this era, the company solidified its reputation for producing stylish and high-performance boats that appealed to both recreational boaters and watersports enthusiasts.
Today, Century Boats are proudly built in Zephyrhills, Florida, where skilled craftsmen uphold the company’s long-standing tradition of quality and performance.

With a rich heritage and a forward-thinking approach, Century Boats continues to deliver exceptional vessels for boating enthusiasts who demand quality, style, and reliability on the water.
